Sporty Fanz is a next-gen dark-themed sports platform designed to deliver real-time scores, live predictions, and fan-centric content in a sleek, cross-device experience. Problem Statement
The global fanbase for sports content is growing rapidly, yet many platforms struggle with low user retention, cluttered interfaces, and weak personalization features. Fans need a seamless and engaging experience that adapts to their preferences and offers live content on the go.

Develop a bold, cohesive brand identity for Sporty Fanz.
Create an intuitive, responsive dashboard for both web and mobile.
Design interactive onboarding with motion visuals to drive adoption.
Boost engagement and retention with personalized content and real-time updates.
SEO & Content Optimization: Designed layout to prioritize indexable live content and structured data.
Conversion-Centered Design: Highlighted CTAs for fan sign-ups, favorite teams, and push notifications.
Retention Loops: Used gamified prediction sections and score alerts to encourage daily re-engagement.
Design Process
Empathize: Conducted surveys and interviews to define user needs.
User Interviews: Conducted interviews with 10 sports fans (ages 18–35) to understand frustrations with current apps (e.g., slow updates, poor design, information overload).
Competitive Analysis: Reviewed major sports platforms like Livescore, BetNaija, and Sportybet to identify gaps in interactivity, design trends, and usability.
Insights:
Fans want quick access to live scores and news.
Personalization (teams, leagues, alerts) is a high priority.
Dark UI is preferred for prolonged viewing and aesthetics.
Define: Synthesized insights into user personas and pain points.
Ideate: Sketched wireframes and mapped out user flows for onboarding, dashboard, and content access.
Design:
Created high-fidelity screens in Figma (mobile & web).
Integrated Lottie animations and motion interactions for onboarding.
Applied atomic design principles for component consistency.
Prototype:
Built interactive prototypes in Figma.
Designed animated transitions between views.
Used motion to reinforce navigation and guide the user’s attention.
